Encouraged by the success of TEDxYerevan 2011 event - Becoming Young - held in fall 2011, TED has licensed the third TEDxYerevan for 2012. The theme for this year’s event will be Embracing Change. The third TEDxYerevan event in Armenia will take place in September 2012 at TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Yerevan.

The theme for this year’s conference focuses on the discussion of change on various levels: individual, institutional and national - needed in the modern society, including Armenia, with a lookout for possible developments in the near future.
TEDxYerevan team is already accepting applications for TEDxYerevan 2012 talks. To apply, send us the outline of your talk or a one-minute video presentation of your idea.
Note on the Organizer:TEDxYerevan 2012 will be organized as an independent event without any official affiliations to the license. The event will be organized with the support of selected partners and sponsors.

An independent expert group - TEDxYerevan Brain Trust - will be selected to suggest and decide on content related issues. TEDxYerevan Brain Trust members will change every year on rotation basis.
