We’re excited to announce that on November 4, TEDxYerevan will host another inspiring and enlightening event dedicated to the power of girls and women! Our incredible lineup of female speakers will explore the theme of “The Power Within”, sharing their fascinating stories and highlighting the importance of building inner strength and resilience.

When asked about the definition of the word “power”, many will usually bring up the concepts of authority or status. However, what we often forget is the foundation for a true sense of empowerment—the inner strength and confidence, developed by a deep-seated desire to reach one’s goals and success. This “power within” manifests once we learn how to foster harmony, become self-conscious about our unique purpose and recognize our “power within”.

The ability to withstand challenges and battle fears is essential for growing self-awareness and transforming the mindset. Serving as learning experiences, the struggles we go through shape our characters, influencing how we respond to and perceive the external factors.

Affected by many such factors, women all around the world are faced with social and cultural intricacies and unjust challenges. Pressured, many women become caught up with their fears and worries, which stimulates the development of self-doubt, agitation and apathy. With the theme of “The Power Within”, however, we hope to encourage all, especially women, to accept challenges bravely, while fearlessly advocating for personal virtues. As we let ourselves learn from obstacles, we discover our inner strength to grow and move forward.

And so, we invite you to hear about our remarkable speakers’ experiences, their stories and personal journeys to discovering their “power within” on November 4th, 2022 at AGBU Hall.

Mark your calendars for the event and read more about our amazing speakers below.
